BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This course carries the objective of making participants familiar wiht the safe and compentent use of oxygen devices and delivery of supplemental oxygen for breathing and non-breathing casulaties. Participants become familiar with the process of Automated External Defribilation (AED) as part of the DRABCD process, with the use of a Zoll AED unit.
COST: $160 (Inc GST)
DURATION: 1 Day (9am – 2pm Approx.)
PREREQUISITE: A current Apply First Aid (or Senior First Aid) with at least 12 months currency and a personal pocket mask
FEE INCLUDES: Morning Tea (Training at FAIM Centre only) and Certificate upon completion of the training program.

CERTIFICATE PERIOD: Legislative approval valid for 1 year from the completion date.
OTHER NOTES: Please bring your own oxygen equipment if possible so you can become familiar with the equipment you will be using in an emergency.
